If you are not satisfied with your order, our refund policy is negotiable on an individual basis. Refunds will only be issued when goods are faulty and will be issued once the item has been returned to Elements Jewellery in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
All items are checked before shipping to ensure a high level of quality. In the rare case that a faulty item occurs, this is assessed case by case, and if damaged due to personal wear and tear, mishandling or not caring for the item, a refund will not be issued pursuant to our warranty.
