Nature Weaving Craft
Nature weaving is a good sensory experience for kids.
There are many different textures that can be included, anything in nature can be used. Active exploration of natural materials enhances children’s appreciation of the natural beauty in our world and deepens their respect for the environment. It fosters concepts of sustainability, waste and challenges consumerism.
Creative school holiday workshops have been created for children to have the opportunity to attend with a parent, grandparent, special caring adult if they wish. All participants work on the projects separately and must importantly enjoy spending time together.
All materials will be provided, although you can also bring along some of your own twigs, feathers, leaves and flowers if you wish.
